All Q. C. Marine Surveyors act as Independent Contractors. When a Client Contracts with and/or accepts a report or certificate from one of the Q. C. Marine Surveyors, that Client is deemed to have agreed that the extent of the obligation of Q. C. Marine Surveyors with respect thereto is limited to furnishing a Surveyor believed to be competent and in the making of that report or certificate the Surveyor is acting on behalf of the person requesting the same and no liability shall attach to this company for the accuracy thereof.
